KDP Electronic Terms of Service
User Acknowledgement & Agreement
By clicking ‘Accept’ below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide (if I am an administrator), the Shyft User Guide, KDP Employee Privately Owned Mobile Device Usage Policy and the KDP Information Security Policy, I agree that I am bound by and will comply with the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide, the Shyft User Guide, KDP Employee Privately Owned Mobile Device Usage Policy and the KDP Information Security Policy and all other Keurig Dr Pepper policies.
Additionally, I acknowledge that:
- The KDP Employee Privately Owned Mobile Device Usage Policy as well as the KDP Code of Conduct, Timekeeping and Attendance, Discrimination and Respectful Workplace policies that apply to all work-related activities conducted within the Shyft app developed for KDP employees, and that corrective action up to and including termination could result if I violate these policies.
- I understand that approval or denial of schedule changes in the Shyft app must be completed during work hours and while I am “clocked in” to work. I also understand that I must accurately report all time worked, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- California employees: All approvals of shift change requests via Shyft can be done via company-provided computers or tablets. I understand that it is neither expected nor required to do so via a personal device. If I believe that I need to access the Shyft app from a location other than my worksite in order to do my job and I do not have a company-issued device with which to do so, I will promptly contact my manager or Human Resources in writing.
- I am voluntarily providing my personal contact information to KDP and I authorize KDP to contact me at any time through the personal contact information that I have provided and the means I have selected.
- The use of the Shyft App on my personal device is entirely voluntary and KDP has provided alternative means for me to secure any and all information provided in the Shyft app via the Shyft website accessible at home or from KDP site computers. This includes information regarding shift notice availability, scheduling practices and other services.
- I understand that downloading the Shyft app is voluntary and that I can uninstall it at any time.
- My access to Shyft may be revoked at any time.
- KDP is not responsible for any charges from your service provider that may result from the messaging service, including data charges. Like any mobile phone app, you understand that you can change your Shyft application settings so that it no longer uses your data plan but Wi-Fi services only.
