Shyft’s 14-Day Complimentary Trial
Every new user on Shyft is entitled to a free 14-day trial. Throughout this trial window, you won’t be asked to provide credit card details or any other billing information. Once you decide to move forward with a paid plan at the end of your trial, your first month or annual subscription fee will be charged at the time you upgrade.
Billing and Cancellations
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any point, and you won’t be billed again once you’ve completed the cancellation process. However, you are still responsible for any subscription costs that have accrued during your current billing cycle. For instance, if your billing date is the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 7th, you’ll be billed for that month’s service but will not have further charges going forward. To be fair to all users, we apply this policy universally and do not make exceptions.
How to Cancel Your Shyft Account
If you wish to discontinue using Shyft:
- Log in to your Shyft account.
- Go to “Settings”
- Select “Manage Plan”
- Follow “Cancel Account” Instructions
