User Acknowledgement & Agreement
By clicking ‘Accept’ below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide (if I am an administrator), the Shyft Associate Guide, and the Acceptable Use Policy. I agree that I am bound by and will comply with the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide, the Shyft Associate Guide, and the The Warehouse Group Acceptable Use Policy and all other The Warehouse Groups policies.
Additionally, I acknowledge that:
- The Acceptable Use Policy as well as The Warehouse Limited’s House Rules, Code of Ethics, Social Media, Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination, and Employee Privacy policies, and any other policies that apply to all work-related activities conducted within the Shyft app developed for The Warehouse Group employees, and that corrective action up to and including termination could result if I violate these policies.
- All approvals of shift change requests via Shyft can be done via company-provided computers or tablets. I understand that it is neither expected nor required to do so via a personal device.”.
- I am voluntarily providing my personal contact information to The Warehouse Group, and I authorize The Warehouse Group to contact me at any time through the personal contact information that I have provided and the means I have selected.
- I am solely responsible for any and all costs incurred as a result of using my personal device for receiving these notifications or access to the service.
- The use of Shyft is entirely voluntary and The Warehouse Group has provided alternative means for me to secure any and all information provided in the Shyft app, including but not limited to, information regarding shift notice availability, scheduling practices and other services.
- I have voluntarily downloaded & installed the Shyft app and I understand that I can uninstall it at any time.
- My access to Shyft may be revoked at any time.
- The Warehouse Group is not responsible for any charges from your service provider that may result from the messaging service, including data charges. Like any mobile phone app, you understand that you can change your Shyft application settings so that it no longer uses your data plan but Wi-Fi services only.
