User Acknowledgement & Agreement

By clicking ‘I Accept’ below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide (if I am an administrator), and the Electronic Communications Policy of CORPORATE HQ SUPPORT MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereinafter “Gap” or “Company”). I agree that I am bound by and will comply with the terms of the Shyft Admin Guide (if I am the administrator), the Gap Electronic Communications Policy and all other Gap policies.

Additionally, I acknowledge that:

  • The Electronic Communications Policy as well as Gap’s Code of Business Conduct, Time and Attendance, Zero Means Zero and policies apply to all work-related activities conducted within the Shyft app developed for Gap employees, and that corrective action up to and including termination could result if I violate these policies.
  • I understand that my work shift is flexible, special and variable and it is determined and informed to me on a weekly basis.
  • My access to Shyft may be revoked at any time.
  • If I am an Administrator employee, I understand that approval or denial of schedule changes in the Shyft app must be completed during work hours and while I am “clocked in” to work. I also understand that I must accurately report all time worked, and I understand and agree that I should not work overtime without express written authorization from Gap.
  • If I am an Administrator, I must ensure any and all scheduling changes and/or shift swaps are completed while I am on duty and are captured in Gap’s timekeeping system, Personnel Management, to ensure the Company’s records are complete and accurate.
  • All approvals or denials of shift change requests via Shyft or posting of shifts can be done via Company-provided devices or via manager.myshyft.com on the store tablet. I understand that it is neither expected nor required to do so via a personal device. If I believe that I need to access the Shyft app from a location other than my worksite in order to do my job and I do not have a Company-issued device with which to do so, I will promptly contact my manager or Human Resources in writing.
  • It is my responsibility to regularly and periodically check Gap’s Personnel Management system to ensure that I have the most current information regarding published schedules and I agree to abide to the same at all times.
